Romana Shaikh

Romana leads program design and implementation at Kizazi. She began her career in education as part of Teach For India’s first cohort of Fellows in 2009. Her belief in the power of leadership eventually led her to head the Training & Impact team at TFI where she led training across seven cities for 1100 teachers and 2500 alumni. She is excited to lead the program at Kizazi to build the capacity of visionary school operators to develop breakthrough schools model and give children the education they deserve for a thriving life. Romana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St.Xaviers College, Mumbai.
